Podina or Mint, a very common herb in Ayurveda and is known to people many years. Mint in biological terms is known as ‘Mentha’ and in common language is known as ‘Pudina’ Podina or Mint, herb is called herbaceous perennial that grows to a height of about 12 to 65 cm. leaves are about 1 to 1.9 cm in width and 2 to 6.3 cm in length leaves are simple andsharply toothed, paired in opposites with minute hair on leaves. Its flower are pale purple or pink  found clustered at stem  and size is about 2 to 4mm in length plant is native to eastern Siberia and east of the Himalayas,  Europe, western and central Asia. Mint also has a terrific smell and it is as popular as flavors like cherry, grape or lemon.

Pudina! Mint is best to for toothaches it can be used by boiling 7 tablespoons of Pudina! Mint leaves in 2 glasses of water, for about 10 to15 minutes. Let the water to cool down. Take about half a glass every 2 to 3 hours.
