you should close your eyes and be aware of the body.The muscles should be leaved relaxed.Must ley down feel the contact of the feet on the ground.One should concerante on breathe.We can touch the silence of a sensational mind. Asana posture should be reaped for the next few minutes before proceeding other Asans.
Steps To Do Yoga Padmasana :
1. Sit on the floor by spreading the legs forward.
2. Place the left foot on right thigh and right foot on the left thigh.
3. Place your hands on the knee joint.
4. Positions the body, backward and head up.
5. The eyes be supposed to be closed.
6. You can do Pranayama in this asana.
