Yoga Postures shalabhasana

This asana is also called as Locust. Here the Center points of concentration are the legs. Lift your legs just as you can. Feeling the pull of the muscles of the back and legs. Be aware of body movements and stretching.The muscles will be relax and release after the release is spread over a specific period of time in a tense situation.The muscles will release and relax since stretching for a particular time period in a stressful position.Mental yoga exercises help to gather attention and help to develop a peaceful state of mind.

Steps To Do shalabhasana :

1. Lie on your abdomen with the chin resting on the floor.
2. With your arms at your sides and fists, including pelvic girdle inspiration, raising both legs 5 to 15 inches on the ground.
3. Hold this position until you feel a tug on the bottom of the spinal cord and maintain this position while taking several deep breaths.

Benefits Of Shalabhasana :

1.It cures heartburn(acidity), constipation, gas, indigestion, and gastrointestinal tract.
2.It comforts the stress.
3.It activates the abdominal region.
