Indigestion can be resulted in disease in the digestive tract such as gastrointestinal reflux disease (GERD)or ulcers. However, for many people indigestion is seen due to eating too quickly, overeating, eat during situations stress or eating high fat .Indigestion symptoms by the sweating, smallness of breath, or pain flush in the neck, jaw or arm.

Indigestion is very common, and the majority people have from time to time. Indigestion possibly will be psychological at the base and linked with stress. Indigestion can be a sign of conditions such as ulcers and inflammation of the gallbladder.

Symptoms of Indigestion

3. Eating inappropriate food items
4. Eating at inconsistent times
5. eat before the last meal is digested
6. eating too fast or mix numerous foods at one meal
7. Unnecessary consumption of alcohol, tea or coffee
8. Smoking
9. Staying up late,disturbances like sadness, stresses,etc
10.Taking medicines such as pain killers,and other as antibiotics.

Home Remedies for Indigestion

1.The complete fast for a day is advantageous for digestion.
2. Make use of fruit’s juices, fruit and boiled vegetables for a week, is also a useful way of fasting.
3. Lemon juice mixed with warm water taken three times a day betters digestion.
4. Chew a piece of fresh ginger with salt, for five to ten minutes before meals, also drives digestion.
5. Take the equal amount of mint leaves,coriander seeds,black pepper, ginger powder, asafoetida (hing), anise seeds,fennel,cumin and common salt. Grind together to a fine powder. And Take 1 teaspoon of this powder with water twice daily after meals.
6. Drinking buttermilk following a meal improves digestion. Roasted cumin seeds with little salt also increase digestion.
7. Drinking water gives instant relief of signs such as swollen stomach, wind, and heartburn.
8. Eating half a teaspoon of aniseed also correct digestion.
9. a quarter cup of a hot-water with One teaspoon of ginger juice mixed, when taken two or three times, a day is also beneficial. 10.A teaspoon of lemon juice along with the pinch of salt can also be added to make it more productive.

* Eat cooked seasonal vegetables, fruits, fruit juices and lemon juice.
* Spices like coriander,ginger,cumin,turmeric,black pepper and asafoetida.
* The exercise, according to the strength and energy of the patient, is advantageous.
* Do not eat while moving or traveling in a car, watching TV or reading.
* Do not eat fast food or food that has been cooked in a microwave oven. Eating should not be too fast and the food should be chewed properly.
* Sleeping during the day, particularly after the food is not advised as it causes indigestion.

The patient should not remain awake at night-time and have to be free from mental stress, anxiety, fear and pain.
