This asana helps develop spine.This asana is also known as the “Bow Pose”In this asana, the center point of concentration is the spinal column.Just get relax in this position. With full awareness and concentration, feeling the force exerted on the muscles of the spine column and back. Know your flexibility, and do not push beyond a point. The thoughts must be gently brought back into focus, if you tend to walk away. The mind must be fixed to the body movements and be relaxed.

Steps To Do Yoga Dhanurasana :

1. You Must lie on the floor face down.
2. catch the ankles with the hands, legs bending backwards.
3. The body will look like a bow when the body leans on the abdomen to the spine arched.
4. This position must be maintained for a few seconds, then return to starting position.
