If Shilajit is used in the right way and dose, it does not have any serious side effects. Person who are taking iron supplements along with Shilajit may lead to some problem due to excess contain of iron in the blood as Shilajit contains a very high amount of iron . In very rare cases, it could make a problem in gout or lower blood pressure. But apart from these three cases, Shilajit is perfectly safe, even higher than normal quantities.
